Due to the nature of our wholesale business, all sales are final. However, if your product is damaged in any way, or if your order includes incorrect sizes, colors or styles due to our error, we will replace it or credit your company.

 

If there is a manufacturing defect, Tshirt Prints NYC will accept returns for credit or exchange on all items that have been unworn and unaltered in any way. Due to this policy, please inspect all merchandise carefully before imprinting your logo or otherwise placing your design on our blanks clothing. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on clothing that is not in its original condition.

 

Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges are subject to pre-approval. Before sending back returnable items, please follow this process:

We will likely instruct you to provide us with a video and/or photos of the damaged products

Once your return request has been approved, we request you send it back using one of two shipping methods: United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We recommend UPS due to its higher reliability rates and quick service

Because of our high volume of orders, please allow 7 business days for us to process return requests

 

If this process is not followed, returned merchandise is subject to refusal and a 25 percent restocking fee. Customers will be responsible for all costs, including shipping, on any returned items received without prior approval from Tshirt Prints NYC.
